We’ve had our first birthday for our retail store in the West Loop, and we couldn’t be happier. We’re grateful for the way the community has come to support us with their business, and in many cases with their well wishing and kind words. We love being here in the West Loop, and are excited about the year to come. If you’ve been with us for awhile, you may have seen us grow, and we couldn’t have done it without you.

This year to come is going to be filled with rewards for our customers. We plan a full advertising campaign that will offer great deals on a large variety of products so you can be sure to have some savings this year. We are going to be adding more shelving, a second freezer, a new online store, and much more. We truly have our work cut out for us.

Besides the work we have also learned a lot as this industry expands. There is a wealth of great product that wasn’t here a year ago. Also, as we’ve had the opportunity to interact with over 2000 customers. We’ve taken our knowledge to the next level with real world application of diet and nutrition helping hundreds of pets and their owners reach a higher quality of life. There is nothing more rewarding to us then helping a customer finally find what works after they have been struggling to find a solutions to their pets ailments .

Bottom line we love animals. They are the greatest teachers, companions, and are pure sources of unconditional love. Why wouldn’t you want to feed them the very best so they thrive. Of course, there is always more to learn. We’ve been educating all of our staff with continuing educations, lectures, and research to be the very best at what we do. We intend to raise the bar even further this year by taking our education to whole new levels. And, in the process we will be offering more useful tools to help you make the best decisions for your pets.
