Our dog Roscoe has had food allergies since he was a puppy. It took us over a month to figure out what he was allergic to. We then discovered just how hard it is to find food products that don’t contain poultry products. We often ran into places that didn’t know what they were talking about, or were just out of stock on the product we needed most of the time.

We wondered into Paw Naturals one afternoon to the friendly greeting of Jami and her pups. My wife and I told Jami what we were looking for, and she immediately knew the product, directed us to it, and assured us that she would make sure that it would be in stock the next time we needed it.

It felt great to talk to someone that has taken the time to truly know the product she sells, and to know that we are listened to as customers. She earned our business in every way possible. Now, we’ve learned about other products and treats that are safe and natural for our pup. Roscoe loves his trips into the store, and frankly so do we.

We highly recommend stopping in to meet the awesome staff and learn about the huge amount of selection they have. I haven’t met anyone at any store that knows more than Jami and her staff.

My wife and I enjoy shopping at Paw Naturals.  Jami and the staff are very knowledgeable and patient.  We have had a very sick puppy for the last few months and have leaned on them for both advice and truly quality food and treats for our little guy.

My dog’s life has not been the same ever since Paw Naturals opened a few blocks from my house. It has not only been a convenient, friendly place to visit and get treats and toys for our pup, but their products have greatly improved the quality of my dog’s life.

I have a three year old bulldog, Bob, and ever since he was a puppy he has had severe skin issues/allergies. After spending a great deal of money at holistic vets and a pet dermatologist we decided that we would do our best to control the issues on our own rather than giving him steroids and other medicines. The owner at Paw Naturals introduced us to California Naturals food (we get the herring and sweet potato formula).  Ever since Bob has been eating the food his skin looks drastically better, and he itches less frequently. I would highly recommend it to anyone whose dog has similar issues.

Bob has also had a hot spot on the top of his ear that has left him with an open soar on-and-off for the past two years. We have tried everything to get it to heal; we’ve gotten prescription antibiotic lotions from the vet, and the soar would never heal. Again, the owner of Paw Naturals recommended that we try coconut oil to heal the soar. Within days there was a scab over the wound, and soon after it was completely healed. A month later, and his ear looks 100% better. I would have NEVER considered treating Bob with coconut oil, but am so thankful this information was passed on to us.

Paw Naturals has truly helped my dog become healthier and happier through the natural, holistic products they carry. The owner and staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot say “thank you” enough to them!

My wife and I have two large labs that are our pride and joy. We love bringing them to Paw Naturals.  Jamie is great and always has treats for our dogs.  The fresh raw bones that she sells are our favorites.  Our dogs will literally spend all night chewing on them!

Just wanted to write you to share with you the great experience I’ve had with your store, staff and products. I have 3 cats and they are Savannahs – a great breed, hybrid actually – they are part African Serval. So I wanted to invest in the right foods for them and started shopping at your store about 3 months ago.

About a couple of months ago, my youngest little tiger, Charlie, had some shaking spells, literally mini-seizures which sent me to the vet, then sent me scouring the web for info to figure out steps to fix this. The vet confirmed he’s incredible healthy and that chances are he’ll grow out of it and frankly, medication was a last thing I would consider, if at all. So, I stopped by your store and one of your colleagues had confirmed a lot of info I found out online – to literally change the diet to raw food or raw food based cat food. She recommended Nature’s Variety Instinct Frozen Raw Food, Rabbit Formula and I was thrilled to try anything to stop any future episodes. I started Charlie on this diet about 2 months ago and ever since, absolutely no episodes at all! Charlie’s diet consists of Nature’s Variety Frozen Raw Food (Rabbit) and Evo for dry – again, ever since his diet changed to raw food/raw food based – there have absolutely been no problems at all! And he loves it. Naturally drawn to it. And I’ve noticed he’s actually more active, focused and attentive! Awesome!
